Getting Ready for Delivery

DreamHoops ship your products with expert carriers who can cover the entire of Australia. As our products are large, a carrier may contact you to be on site to assist in the event you will need to help upload your item. Our Recruit Range always requires hand unload due to the main pole length.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR DREAMHOOPS ADJUSTABLE, FIXED AND WALL MOUNT HOOPS

This warranty against defects in material and workmanship (the Warranty) is provided by DreamCourts Pty Ltd (ACN 629 781 095) (DreamCourts) in respect of the structural components of our basketball ring products known as DreamHoops Adjustable, DreamHoops Fixed and DreamHoops Wall Mount (each, for the purpose of the Warranty, a Product). Parts and accessories, e.g. nets and padding, are also covered by a warranty against defects for a period of one year. For the purpose of the Warranty ‘defects’ means any imperfection that impairs the use of the Product, or parts and accessories (as the case may be), for its intended purpose. Read more
