The Warranty does not extend to the replacement or repair of the Product or parts where the defect is caused by or attributable to any of the following:
DreamHoops systems are made to last in the harsh elements of the Australian environment. Our products are hot dipped and rust treated, which allows the products to withstand rusting, and any damage the rusting may produce.
At times we see elevated levels of rust due to environmental factors in specific locations, such as beachside locations or areas exposed to significant rainfall that would speed up the rusting process with excess exposure to moisture and oxygen.
With rust warranty claims, these will be individually reviewed on a case by case basis to determine whether or not a replacement if required. The majority of rust incurred on systems are not of a structural nature, but those deemed as necessary would be replaced. Our Warranty on rust is 24 months from date of install.
